Our Story

Welcome to X Chicken! Our story began in the 1990s when Essy, the visionary behind X Chicken, worked at his family's restaurant during his teenage years. His journey didn't stop there. Essy went on to become a world karate champion, but his true passion lay in continuing his family's legacy and creating delicious food.

He then went on to establish his own restaurant with his wife Mali in Sacramento, where he has proudly served the community for over a decade. Today, Essy's dedication and love for exceptional food and service continue to drive X Chicken.
